Many people are pointing out that voting will not change the outlook of the system but not voting also does not make any difference. Yes, a single vote might not be able to do anything but a collective vote has the power to turn the tables around and push for developments which the population actually cares about. There are a lot of arenas that need attention in Pakistan and those can only be highlighted by the active participation of the voters.
